2 lime wedges
granulated (white) sugar to frost
1 1/2 ounce Brandy
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1/2 egg white


Rub the edge of a cocktail glass with one lime wedge and frost the rim with granulated sugar. Pour the brandy, triple sec, lime juice, egg white, and powdered sugar into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and serve.
