Yummy Bunny Cake

Ingredients

1 (18.9 ounce) package Pillsbury Easter Funfetti Cake Mix
2 (15.6 ounce) cans Pillsbury Easter Funfetti Vanilla Frosting
1 1/4 cups flaked coconut
2 to 3 drops green food color
jelly beans
black or red string licorice

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package. Cool completely.

Line large tray or cover 18 x 15-inch cardboard with foil. Cut cake as shown in diagram. Frost side of all cake pieces with frosting. Assemble pieces on foil-lined tray as shown in diagram. Frost top of cake with remaining frosting. Immediately sprinkle candy bits evenly on center of ears and bow tie.

In small bowl toss coconut with green food color until evenly colored. Decorate bunny face with jelly beans for eyes and nose, and string licorice for mouth and whiskers. Sprinkle green coconut evenly around cake.
