Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1 9-inch Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust Shell, unbaked
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups (1 pound) cooked pumpkin
1 (12 ounce) can PET Evaporated Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (177°C). Mix brown sugar, flour, spice and salt in large bowl. Stir in egg. Beat in pumpkin and evaporated milk until smooth. Pour into pastry crust.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.

Additional Information

* In place of pumpkin pie spice, you may use 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves.
