Lemon Pound Cake

Cake Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 (4 serving size) package lemon instant pudding and pie filling mix
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil

Glaze Ingredients

1/2 cup Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Frosting (favorite flavor)


Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt® pan or tube pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepare pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.

For glaze: Heat frosting in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thin, or microwave on HIGH (100%) for 10 to 15 seconds. Do not overheat. Drizzle over cake.
