Chewy S'Mores Brownies
1 (1 pound 5 ounce) box chewy fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
6 whole graham crackers
1 cup milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C), or 325°F (163°C) for dark-coated or glass pan. Grease the bottom only of a 13 x 9-inch pan using cooking spray.
Empty brownie mix into a large bowl. Stir eggs, water and oil into brownie mix with spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread into prepared pan.
Bake in center of oven for 24 to 27 minutes* or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Immediately upon removal from oven sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips over warm brownie surface. Return to hot oven for about 2 minutes to melt. Arrange graham crackers on top of hot marshmallows and press down lightly. Place pan on cooling rack until completely cooled. Cut into servings along graham cracker indentations.
When using dark coated or glass pans lengthen bake time by 3 to 5 minutes.
