Party Plentiful Guacamole

Green chile peppers, cream cheese, and cottage cheese set this party-size guacamole apart. You can use uses two packages of cream cheese in place of the cottage cheese/cream combination.


9 cups (36 servings)


4 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 (16 ounce) containers cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 (3 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste


Place the avocados into a mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Mix in cream cheese, cottage cheese, onion, chili peppers, and salsa. Season with garlic salt, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
