Garlic Romano Dipping Sauce

This dipping sauce is made with Romano cheese, pepper flakes, and fresh garlic. Perfect for dipping Italian bread and the sauce is also delicious over vegetables! Add a bit of balsamic vinegar and you have a very tasty salad dressing.

Yield

1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 loaf Italian bread, cubes

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together cheese, red pepper flakes, oil and garlic; mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Bring sauce to room temperature before serving with bread; leave cold for dipping vegetables.
