Dill Dip

Not unlike a Green Goddess dip, this sour-cream based mix taps dried herbs and minced onion for fresh, garden-y kick. This dip is definitely better if you make it one day ahead.


4 cups (32 servings)


2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons grated onion
3 tablespoons dried dill weed
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning salt


In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, onion, dill weed, and salt. Mix all together, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
