Creamy Radish Dip

This Scandinavian dish is one of our favorite spring appetizers.

Yield

1 1/2 cups (6 servings)

Ingredients

1 cup chopped radishes
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
4 green onions, sliced 1/2 teaspoon salt
rye cracker

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers.
