Chipotle Ranch Dip

Impress guests with a three-ingredient Mexican dip you can have ready in 5 minutes!

Yield

12 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 4 vegetable pieces each)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-ounce can), drained
assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

In blender, place dressing and chiles. Cover and blend until smooth.

Serve dip immediately with vegetables, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
