Cool, creamy and easy all describe this tasty, tangy dip. The 5-minute prep time is a boon to busy cooks!

10 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 4 vegetable pieces each)

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 leaf romaine lettuce, if desired
3 tablespoons slightly crushed croutons (about 6)
assorted raw vegetables

In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing until smooth. Stir in cheese. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Line serving bowl with lettuce leaf. Spoon dip into bowl. Sprinkle with crushed croutons. Serve with vegetables.

Additional Information

For variety, try jicama sticks, tomato wedges, asparagus spears, strips of a variety of colors of bell pepper, sugar snap peas or snow pea pods.

This is a great make-ahead appetizer. The flavor of the dip actually improves if you refrigerate it for several hours.
