Mediterranean Dip II

This Mediterranean-style dip gets a great start in the deliciousness department, thanks to a base of softened Neufchatel cheese.


1 1/2 cups (12 servings, 2 tablespoons each)


1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped seedless cucumbers
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
2 tablespoons KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing


Spread Neufchatel onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over Neufchatel.

Serve with thin wheat snack crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Additional Information

How to Soften Neufchatel Cheese: Place completely unwrapped package of Neufchatel in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 seconds or just until softened. Add 15 seconds for each additional package of Neufchatel.
