Smoky Cheese Spread

This recipe tastes like the 'expensive stuff' in the gourmet deli section! It tastes better if made a day or two ahead. Serve with small firm crackers.

3 cups

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 dash liquid smoke flavoring

Directions

Blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and liquid smoke in a small mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
