Pineapple Cheese Ball

This favorite cheese ball is best served on buttery round crackers.


2 tennis ball sized balls (16 servings)


2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup minced celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans


In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple. Divide the mixture in half and form two balls out of the mixture. Roll each ball in the pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
