Egg Salad Cheese Spread

Delicious. You will love the addition of cheese to egg salad.

2 cups shredded process cheese
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste


In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese, eggs, mayonnaise or salad dressing, pickle relish and mustard; season with salt and pepper.
