Crescent Bacon Cheesy Triangles

You and your guest will love these cheesy bacon triangles made with refrigerated crescent dinner rolls ready in just 35 minutes — perfect as party appetizers!

Ingredients

1/4 cup cooked real bacon pieces (from 3 ounce jar or package)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (2 medium)
1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/3 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C). In small bowl, mix bacon and green onions.

Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Press each into 5 1/2 x 5-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Cut each rectangle into 4 (2 1/2-inch) squares.

Top each dough square with rounded measuring teaspoon bacon mixture, then with measuring teaspoon cheese. Fold dough over filling, forming triangle; press edges to seal. On ungreased baking sheets, place triangles 2 inches apart.

Brush tops with beaten egg. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Additional Information

These triangles can be shaped up to 2 hours ahead; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Just before serving, uncover and bake as directed.

Four slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, can be substituted for the purchased cooked real bacon.
